About us
Our Background
Highland Industrial Solutions was established as an ancillary division of Highland Drilling, a drilling contractor with an active footprint across the Australian mining industry. Built from within a operating resources business, we developed our systems, safety culture, and site capability to mining industry standards from day one.
Demand grew, and Highland Industrial Solutions is now an independent business in its own right, operationally autonomous, with the industry relationships and discipline that comes from being born out of the resources sector.
Our People
Our operational staff have spent their entire careers in mining and industrial environments. Our management has worked internationally and domestically, within their own ventures and alongside listed resources businesses. We understand how mine sites operate, what they require from contractors, and what it means to perform without supervision in complex environments.
